Valentina Passalacqua is an organic farm located in northern Apulia, on the slopes of the famous Gargano National Park. The winery cultivates 80 hectares following the biodynamic philosophy, partly espalier or bush-trained, and produces Negroamaro, Primitivo, Aleatico, Nero di Troia, Bombino, Fiano Minutolo, Falanghina, Greco, Montepulciano, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay divided into three collections. The company's objective has always been the valorisation of indigenous grape varieties, cultivated and vinified using natural methods, and in particular Bombino and Nero di Troia.
Description
Gioia is that Fiano that represents the Gargano. An enveloping flavour that caresses the palate.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Ochre yellow colour. Aromas of Mediterranean scrub, balsamic and citrus touches.
Savoury and mineral vein. Dry, balsamic and with aromas of white flowers that accompany you on an unforgettable organoleptic journey.
Storage time:
2-3 years
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation at room temperature for 7 days in steel, direct pressing without skin contact . Unfiltered. Matured for 6 months in steel vats.
