Valentina Passalacqua is an organic farm located in northern Apulia, on the slopes of the famous Gargano National Park. The winery cultivates 80 hectares following the biodynamic philosophy, partly espalier or bush-trained, and produces Negroamaro, Primitivo, Aleatico, Nero di Troia, Bombino, Fiano Minutolo, Falanghina, Greco, Montepulciano, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay divided into three collections. The company's objective has always been the valorisation of indigenous grape varieties, cultivated and vinified using natural methods, and in particular Bombino and Nero di Troia.
Description
Sintonia di Valentina Passalacqua is a natural rosé wine of great structure and elegance. Characterised by aromas of fresh red fruits.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a claret pink colour. The nose has notes of fresh red berries and strawberry. The palate is fresh with great structure and elegance. The finish is typically long and round.

Spontaneous fermentation in steel with direct press. Unfiltered. No temperature control.
