SHIPPING TIMES
- Delivery times vary depending on the place of destination.
- In Italy, deliveries take place within 24/48 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
- For islands, delivery takes on average 72 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
- In the EU, deliveries take 48/72 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
- Delivery times may be subject to variations and delays due to force majeure and Covid 19-related phenomena.
- In the most hectic period as Christmas, Land of Wines cannot guarantee normal delivery times.
- For orders placed after 15/12/2025 delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed.
- During the August bank holiday period, deliveries will not take place on 14 and 15 August 2025.

- We only use safe, patented packaging for our shipments Nakpack®.
- NakPack has been tested with all national and international couriers, guaranteeing maximum reliability when transporting fragile products. Being made entirely of cardboard, it is 100% recyclable packaging.
DELIVERIES
- Deliveries will be made on working days, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- Our wines are covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of loss during transport or breakage.

- Your wine is shipped with the best express couriers: TNT, GLS, FEDEX AND DHL.
