Description
Regvla Magistri Primitivo Riserva from Cantina Terrecarsiche 1939 was born in the Apulian wine-growing areas of Gioia del Colle. It is a great Apulian red wine that has a delicately acidulous and fresh flavour, typical of the Murgia area, and an intense and slightly spicy aroma with nuances of liquorice, cinnamon, white pepper, bitter cocoa and red fruit preserves. These characteristics preserve the ancient winemaking tradition of the prized Apulian wine.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has an intense red colour with garnet hues, due to the ageing in wood. On the nose it is delicately acidulous and fresh, typical of the Murgia area, and has an intense and slightly spicy aroma with nuances of liquorice, cinnamon, white pepper, bitter cocoa, ripe iron cherry, plum and red fruit preserves. In the mouth it is full, warm, complete. Round, accompanied by its delicate tannins; soft, yet expressing the delicate acidity and freshness of the Murgia.
