The Pierfabio Mastronardi Vignaiolo winery was founded in 2017 by Pierfabio Mastronardi after years of study, refinement and work in the field. The winery is located in Castellana in the province of Bari, with the intention of enhancing an ancestral place for Apulian winemaking: Canale di Pirro, one of the most important dolines in the Land of Bari. Sincere wines that tell of the morphological complexities of the territory in which they are born, characterised by acidity and sapidity.
Description
Mammamè is a blend of local white grapes such as Primitivo and Aleatico from Vigna Montecarretto. The Mammamè rosé conquers with its elegant style and fresh delicacy.
Organoleptic characteristics:
The nose has clear hints of tart red berries, fresh strawberries, morello cherry and pomegranate, raspberries and floral notes. Acidic attack with pleasant tanginess and notes of crunchy red fruit.
Storage time:
2-3 years
Vinification
After careful harvesting, which takes place in the fresh morning air, the grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. Vinification takes place in controlled stainless steel,
During fermentation, the wine remains on the fine lees, which gives it additional complexity and depth.
