This cuvée is a blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache from the terroirs of Saint-Pargoire, a village classified as Coteaux du Languedoc AOC (later Languedoc AOP). The vines are around 25 years old, made from selected grapes grown in natural, unspoilt surroundings. A red wine of great elegance and depth, long-lived, a symbol of the craftsmanship excellence of Domaine Peyre Rose.
