The Baladin brewery was founded in 1986 in Piozzo (Cuneo) (the name means storyteller in Old French), from which the brewery took its name after its transformation into a brewpub, from an idea and passion of Teo Musso. From the outset, over 200 labels of beers were served, mainly foreign and mainly Belgian. With a fermentation system consisting of used milk tanks, the Blonde and Ambrée (in filtered and non-filtered versions) were born in 1996, and Teo decided to remove the 200 labels from the list to offer only his own creatures. One name has often crossed Teo's path since the beginning: Lorenzo Dabove, aka Kuaska. A great connoisseur and world-renowned beer taster, he discovers the young piozzese at the beginning of his activity and with him creates, years later, the TeKu™: the first glass for tasting craft beers. The first 10 hectares of spring distichous barley were planted in Melfi (Basilicata) under Baladin's direct management, the year in which Baladin was awarded by Unionbirrai as brewery of the year. Today, Baladin beers, curated with ever-increasing skill by Teo Musso, Paolo "Palli" Fontana and their staff, are produced using the best technologies to combine craftsmanship and quality. Over 30 variations of taste and format in continuous evolution and with always new recipe ideas to add

Description

Isaac's name derives from the first-born son of the founding father Baladin, born in 1997 . Immediately after the birth, joy at the event turned into creative sublimation and Teo, in complete assonance with his partner Nora, dedicated a new beer to the little one, so much so that it was named after him.
Thus was born the first Italian artisanal blanche, a beer that for a long time, and still today, will be taken as a reference within the style, ideal for those who like light, low-alcohol beers with a very fresh and delicate taste, with slight aromatic and bittering notes from the hops

Organoleptic characteristics:

Straw-yellow in colour, slightly cloudy and opalescent with a fine, moderate foam. The nose immediately expresses pleasant citrus notes and a delicate spiciness that rises as the beer gains warmth. On the palate, with a pleasant harmony of cereals and citrus fruits that interpenetrate merging later into a delicate floral and spicy balance. This leads to a slightly herbaceous finish, giving way in the mouth to a subtle, tantalising peppery note.
