Organoleptic characteristics:

It has a pale straw yellow colour. The nose has a delicate fruity aroma that recalls the unmistakable Mediterranean scents of the area of origin. The flavour is ample and balanced with a slight dominance of the acidulous note supporting the freshness of the aromas.
