Description
Furore Costa d'Amalfi DOC by Marisa Cuomo is a white wine made from Falanghina 60% and Biancolella 40% grapes. It is a fresh, balanced wine with unmistakable Mediterranean aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a pale straw yellow colour. The nose has a delicate fruity aroma that recalls the unmistakable Mediterranean scents of the area of origin. The flavour is ample and balanced with a slight dominance of the acidulous note supporting the freshness of the aromas.
Storage time:

Vinification
After static cold clarification and inoculation of selected yeasts, the free-run must ferments at a temperature of around 15° for about 20 to 30 days.
