Description
Furore Bianco Fiorduva 2023 by Marisa Cuomo is a great Italian white wine made from Fenile 30%, Ginestra 30% and Ripoli 40% grapes. It is a soft, dense wine characterised by an important aromatic persistence of dried apricots, sultanas and candied fruit.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a deep yellow colour with golden highlights. The aroma is reminiscent of apricots and broom flowers, with hints of exotic fruit. The taste is soft, dense and characterised by an important aromatic persistence of dried apricots, sultanas and candied fruit.
Storage time:
7 years
Vinification
After static cold clarification and inoculation of selected yeasts, the free-run must ferments at a temperature of around 15° for about 20 to 30 days.
