"Ca' del Bosco", one of the most prestigious wine houses in the Franciacorta area, a symbol of Made in Italy excellence in the world. Its story began in the mid-1960s, when Annamaria Clementi bought "Ca' del Bosco", a small house in the hills of Erbusco, two hectares of property immersed in a dense forest of oak and chestnut trees. It has always been the source of inspiration for her son Maurizio who, thanks to his passion, transformed this small house into a wine excellence, a leader in the production of Franciacorta.

Franciacorta Extra Brut DOCG Vintage Collection 2021 della famosa cantina Ca' del Bosco di Franciacorta è un vino potente e delizioso con un perlage fine prodotto con metodo classico con le uve Chardonnay, Pinot Nero e Pinot Bianco. Si tratta di un spumante fresco, piacevolmente sapido e strutturato.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a golden straw yellow colour. The nose has intense aromas of hazelnuts, peach, pastries and light hints of citrus fruits. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and pleasantly sapid.

Vinification
After crushing in the absence of oxygen, all the musts of the base wines ferment in small oak barrels. In order to seek maximum aromatic complexity and expressive power, without losing elegance, the barrel elevage lasts only 5 months. A pair of flying tanks allows the wine to be transferred by gravity from the small barrels to the ageing tanks. After 7 months from the harvest, the cuvée is created.
