"Ca' del Bosco", one of the most prestigious wine houses in the Franciacorta area, a symbol of Made in Italy excellence in the world. Its story began in the mid-1960s, when Annamaria Clementi bought "Ca' del Bosco", a small house in the hills of Erbusco, two hectares of property immersed in a dense forest of oak and chestnut trees. It has always been the source of inspiration for her son Maurizio who, thanks to his passion, transformed this small house into a wine excellence, a leader in the production of Franciacorta.
Description
From the expertise of André Dubois, the experienced cellar master and chef de cave of Ca' del Bosco, comes a unique Franciacorta L'Annamaria Clementi R.S. 1980. This inimitable sparkling wine has been produced by the Classical Method from the best grapes selected in the various crus and only in the best vintages using Chardonnay 39%, Pinot Noir 40% and Pinot Blanc 21%. The minimum ageing period is over 40 years and the first vintage proposed is 1980. Strictly Dosage Zéro.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a light golden colour and very fine, continuous perlage. The nose is extraordinarily complex and incredibly full, with hints of white fruit, flint, ginger and wild flowers. In the mouth it is round, well-present and refreshing with an excellent body. Very long finish.
