Description
Castello di Brolio is the great Chianti Classico red wine of the Ricasoli family, the most representative of Tuscan viticulture. An austere and profound wine.
Organoleptic characteristics:
The view shows an intense ruby colour. A complex bouquet opens up on the nose. First of all, flowers and ripe red fruit emerge, followed by sweet spices and toasted aromas. In the mouth it presents a full structure and silky tannins. Elegant character and long taste-olfactory persistence.
Storage time:
2 to 15 years
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration on the skins in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 24°C-
27°C, for 14-16 days
