Description

Canace is a great red wine that comes from a late harvest of meticulously selected Nero di Troia grapes on the hills of northern Bari, in the Castel del Monte DOC area at 480 metres above sea level

Organoleptic characteristics: 

Red-coloured wine with violet hues. Complex bouquet of spices, cocoa, coffee, liquorice, ripe red berries. Soft and velvety on the palate.

Storage time: 

2 to 10 years

Vinification 

8 months in concrete tanks
