Domenico Clerico was one of Italy's most important producers and one of the best interpreters of the Nebbiolo grape variety. He was one of the greatest innovators in the Italian wine world, working long and steadily, all focused on enhancing the qualities of Barolo with the philosophy and passion that have always guided him and that he has skilfully passed on to those who have picked up his baton. Domenico Clerico's winery has 21 hectares of vineyards, located in some of the best Barolo sub-zones of Monforte d'Alba and Serralunga d'Alba.

Aeroplanservaj is a prestigious Barolo from Domenico Clerico. It is an elegant, deep and complex wine with a very long finish. This wine was born from the irrepressible desire to
venturing into new adventures Domenico, the wild aeroplane, as he used to be called by his father, in 2006 chose to leave the municipality of Monforte and try his hand at a new terroir: Serralunga d'Alba.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It is ruby red with garnet hues. The nose is complex, fruity, floral, spicy and balsamic.
The palate is intense, with silky tannins. The finish is long and harmonious.
