Organoleptic characteristics:
Beautiful golden colour. Expressive and original bouquet, well ripe fruit followed by ginger, almonds and white flowers. Dry on the palate with roundness. Creamy saltiness, very tasty, juicy, beautiful fruit. Notes of toasted almond also on the sip. Very digestible!

2-5 years
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the same time and poured whole into the pneumatic press, then gently pressed. Fermentation for 10 to 11 months in old oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. Bottling in the winery without sulphites, without additives and without filtration.
