A story that from the shores of Lake Garda has reached the hills of nearby Valpolicella, where the company's reds are born from the sunny vineyards of Corvina and Rondinella at Costalunga, in the municipality of Sant'Ambrogio.
Description
Valpolicella classico superiore DOC from the Zenato winery is an excellent red wine from Veneto based on the red grapes Corvina Veronese 85%, Rondinella 10%, Corvinone 5%.
This wine can be remembered for its long, savoury finish.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Ruby red
Aroma: delicate, characteristic reminiscent of morello cherries and berries
Taste: mineral, dry, velvety, good structure
Storage time:
2-3 years
Vinification
Stemmer-crushing and traditional maceration for 10 days in steel vats.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins by soft pressing.
