Azienda Agricola Possa was established in 2004 in Riomaggiore by winemaker Samuele Heydi Bonanini, a native of these lands. A man who has always made choices against the current, starting from the use and rediscovery of ancient vines and avoiding the use of more commercial and well-known vines. The desire from day one not to use chemical products out of respect first and foremost for himself and for the entire ecosystem and biodiversity that surrounds us, because safeguarding biodiversity is one of the pillars of his thinking. Description
U Giancu actually means white wine in the local dialect of Riomaggiore in the 5 terre. A wine of great versatility. Obtained from Albarola grapes and small percentages of Bosco grapes from vineyards 60 to 70 years old over 300 metres above sea level. Fresh, carefree to be enjoyed with, for example, a cartoccio of fried anchovies.

Golden straw yellow. Great territorial expression. Savoury, clean, lean.
