Description
Espolon Reposado from San Nicolas Distillery is a handcrafted Tequila Reposado made by distilling 100% Weber blue agave juice. It is a complex and elegant distillate with aromas of spicy caramel.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Crystal clear golden colour. The nose presents itself with hints of spicy caramel. In the mouth it is full-bodied with hints of tropical fruit, vanilla and spices.

over 5 years
Vinification
The piñas, the heart of the agave, are cooked in an autoclave and then crushed to extract the sugars and left to ferment into alcohol.
