Description
Nino Franco 'Rustico' sparkling wine is made with Glera grapes from vineyards cultivated in the middle and upper hills of the classic Prosecco production area. The cool, ventilated climate and limestone-clay soils guarantee grapes with intense and elegant aromatic profiles.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw-yellow colour. Lively mousse. Fruity aromas of peach, Williams pears and white flowers. Fresh, lively and very drinkable

Vinification
grapes are very softly pressed and the free-run juice is transferred to temperature-controlled steel tanks for the classic white vinification of base wines. Refermentation and second fermentation take place in autoclaves using the Martinotti or Charmat method.
