Château Minuty overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Saint-Tropez, in the first hinterland of Provence. The Domaine has been family-run since the 1930s. Over the years, the generational transition has led to a considerable increase in the quality of the wines, which have quickly established themselves among the best of Provence. In the range of wines, the rosés, a true speciality of the region, stand out, expressing a refined, fresh and elegant profile.
Description
The flagship wine of the Minuty estate, which will certainly not disappoint at the table. An elegant wine of great fluidity and purity.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Delicate powdery rosé.
Notes of peach blossom, orange peel, herbs dominate the nose. The palate is mouthwatering and rounded, with crunchy fruit. A slight sweetness tempers its vivacity.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, and in the cellar a short maceration of a few hours on the skins, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vats and ageing in the same containers.
