Severino Garofano's family winery is located in Copertino, in the heart of Salento. For more than half a century, this company has been exporting its Negroamaro wines to almost all European markets. The majority of these are Copertino 'controlled designation of origin' wines, which are accompanied by other reds, with considerable success, and also white wines from local and extra-regional varieties.

Description

Le Braci di Severino Garofano is an Apulian masterpiece produced from 100% Negroamaro grapes. The over-ripening of the grapes gives the wine a complex structure. It is a smooth, elegant and sumptuous wine on the palate.

Organoleptic characteristics:

It has an intense colour with purple hues, tending towards garnet. The nose has aromas of flowers and fruit, mint, plum, liquorice, vanilla and spices. On the palate it is soft, elegant and sumptuous.
