Description
From Nero di Troia grapes grown on the Daunian slopes comes this particular wine with its intense ruby red colour. With excellent personality and character, its ideal pairing is with roast or grilled red meats.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense impenetrable ruby red colour. Full-bodied aromatic and taste sensations of red fruits, especially plum, cherry and sour cherry, well balanced with the structure, spiciness and freshness typical of the variety.
