Description
Made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, it comes from vineyards located in the commune of Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of Piedmont.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Garnet red colour with ruby highlights. The nose opens with a floral bouquet, enriched by hints of plum and pleasant spicy notes of nutmeg and tobacco. The palate is pleasantly enveloping, with sweet tannins and a long, balsamic finish.

Vinification
Fermentation is traditional, carried out in stainless steel vats, lasting 12-15 days at a controlled temperature. This is followed by a 'submerged cap' soaking of the wine on the skins for a further 15-20 days to optimise the extraction of polyphenolic substances.
