Le Oasi degli Angeli, the Cupra Marittima winery run by oenologist Marco Casolanetti and his wife Eleonora Rossi. The farm consists of 40 hectares, 15 of which are planted with vines and the remainder with olive trees. They produce two of Italy's most intriguing red wines: the exceptional Kurni, a pure Montepulciano, winner of many awards, and Kupra, the most recent wine with an intense and unmistakable style.
Description
Kurni from the Oasi degli Angeli winery is a world-famous wine made from Montepulciano grapes. It is a mythical and unmistakable wine with an intense full bouquet of red berries and spices and a deep, enveloping sip.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a dark red colour of great intensity. The nose is rich and dense with ample fruit intensity and spicy sensations. The palate is soft and enveloping, with well-smoothed tannins and a pleasant elegant finish.
Storage time:
10-15 years
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
