Le Oasi degli Angeli, the Cupra Marittima winery run by oenologist Marco Casolanetti and his wife Eleonora Rossi. The farm consists of 40 hectares, 15 of which are planted with vines and the remainder with olive trees. They produce two of Italy's most intriguing red wines: the exceptional Kurni, a pure Montepulciano, winner of many awards, and Kupra, the most recent wine with an intense and unmistakable style.
Description
Kupra Marche IGT 2019 from the Oasi degli Angeli winery is a world-famous wine. It is a very rare wine, produced in just 500 bottles to satisfy a very high worldwide demand. Refined, lively, extremely concentrated, enveloping with fine tannins, this wine is capable of taking you back to the glass again and again. Inimitable!
Organoleptic characteristics:
The nose has the fascinatingly complex and defined aromas of myrtle, herbs, orange peel, sweet spices and vanilla.
The palate is robust, intense, enveloping with silky tannins and a pleasantly long finish.
Storage time:
15-20 years
Vinification
Extended maceration for up to 60 days. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
