Here, on the slopes of Etna, vines have been cultivated for thousands of years. One of the reasons why Alberto Aiello Graci bought the vineyards here in 2004 was to take up and continue the centuries-old tradition. Graci's wines cannot exactly be called Sicilian: they are wines from Etna. It is no coincidence that he chose the Cirneco dell'Etna, a greyhound bred on the island since ancient times, as the symbol of the winery. Graci's wines are of great quality, organically produced from native grape varieties such as Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Capuccio, Carricante and Catarratto.
