Description
Obtained from grapes grown in the vineyards of Castello Colle Massari. A very versatile wine at the table, in fact it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, served very fresh, and then paired with practically the whole meal
Organoleptic characteristics:
Bright antique pink colour. The nose expresses notes of wild strawberries, ripe cherries
and raspberries from the very first sip. The palate is pleasantly dry, mineral and balanced. A fruity, fresh and pleasant rosé
Storage time:
2-3 years
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed immediately after crushing and the must is immediately
separated from the skins. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with
controlled temperature, where it remains for three months and is clarified naturally.
