In 1907, a small group of winegrowers decided to join forces to improve the quality of their labels, thus giving birth to the San Michele Appiano cooperative winery, which is today a reality that counts around three hundred and fifty members for an annual production that exceeds two million bottles. A veritable colossus, an absolute reference for the entire production world, not only in Alto Adige, that never fails to live up to expectations thanks to a range of unique reliability. From Gewürztraminer to Müller Thurgau, from Sauvignon to Riesling, from Pinot Bianco to Lagrein, each bottle is a perfect synthesis of the varietal from which it was born. Fresh and vibrant wines, characterised by a clear territorial appeal and surprising average quality.
Description
Pinot Noir is considered one of the most prized and oldest red wines. Cultivated for more than 150 years in South Tyrol, it is one of the most prized red wines. Pinot Noir Fallwind is produced using the saignée method (gentle extraction of the must), extracting an excellent juice from which a fresh, fruity and extremely fresh Rosé is vinified.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Soft salmon pink colour. The nose releases its delicate bouquet of fruity aromas of raspberry and fresh strawberry. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and persistent.
