The Bleeding Heart Rum Co., founded by Stephen Carroll of the UK, has launched for the first time a premium rum produced in the Philippines, one of the largest markets for rum production and consumption. Don Papa Rum (launched in 2012) is sold in award-winning packaging, French 70 cl glass bottle, Portuguese cork, Italian-printed label, brand image developed by New York-based studio Stranger & Stranger.
Description
Rum Don Papa 10 Anni is the most classic example of the art of distillation brought to perfection: the result of a completely artisanal production process in which the fullest and sweetest molasses are column-distilled to preserve their subtlest aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Dark amber in colour. On the nose: intense, with notes of citrus fruits, plums, banana and coconut. Its taste is soft, with notes of vanilla, oranges, red fruits and cocoa.
