Dolmen is an orange wine from a new project by Vigneron Benoit of Chateau de la Selve. Only old, recovered vineyards, with an average age of 30 years, are used, in the search for wines with great character and flavour but also maintaining drinkability and freshness. The grapes used to produce this Orange Wine are Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, 70 and 30% respectively, grown on limestone clay soils.
