Name:
Diciotto Lune Riserva Porto Marzadro
Cellar
The history of the Marzadro Distillery began in 1949 in Brancolino di Nogaredo, in the heart of Vallagarina, in Trentino. It is an evocative land, furrowed by vineyards 'bred' with ancestral care, climbing towards the mountain slopes, starting from the valley floor dotted with fruit trees. A pioneering beginning, made up of tenacity, stubbornness and many promises, over time kept. Even today, after three generations, Distilleria Marzadro is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in Italian grappa, a brand recognised worldwide.
Description
Riserva Botte Porto is a special edition characterised by additional ageing in a limited number of carefully selected Portuguese casks, previously used to age Port Wine. The additional ageing brings out a sharper Grappa-Wood contrast and a fruity hint from the Port barrel. A combination of unique sensations.
