A story that from the shores of Lake Garda has reached the hills of nearby Valpolicella, where the company's reds are born from the sunny vineyards of Corvina and Rondinella at Costalunga, in the municipality of Sant'Ambrogio.
Description
Cresasso Corvina Veronese IGT 2017 from the Zenato winery is a wine of extreme elegance and balance, with an excellent structure, suitable for long ageing,
like other great long-lived wines from Valpolicella. It comes from a particularly dedicated vineyard on the Costalunga estate.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: deep ruby red
Nose: an enveloping olfactory spectrum with pleasant notes of red fruit, black cherry, blackberry and plum.
Taste: a rich, savoury and mineral corvina with dense tannins that give it a pleasantly long finish.
Storage time:
2-3 years
Vinification
fermentation in contact with the skins for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 25-26 °C.
