Description
From the C.da Bernarda vineyards, Castelbuono, Palermo 350 m above sea level comes the persuasive Cinquegrani passito. An excellent meditation wine. Wonderful end of meal with cheeses, dry pastries.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Golden colour, sunny in its reflections.
Rich with aromas of ripe fruit gift of summer medlar, apricot, peach, sultana, plum. Enveloping with hints of acacia and chestnut honey.
Soft, long, pulpy, sunny palate with hints of apricot, pineapple, yellow peach and an unexpected dried fruit of almond, pine nut and walnut.

over 10 years
Vinification
received by hand after an initial drying on the plant, followed by drying on racks. Soft pressing. Ancient vinification method without passing through steel tanks, natural alcoholic fermentation in barriques with indigenous yeasts
