The Maison Piper-Heidsieck was founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck in 1785. It is one of the oldest champagne houses. And a very prestigious producer that in its more than 200 years of history has been linked to the world of royalty, fashion and luxury. Synonymous with excellence, audacity and splendour, Piper-Heidsieck is part of the Descours family's EPI group.
Description
Blanc De Blancs Essentiel extra brut is a champagne made from chardonnay grapes, from the best crus of the Maison Piper-Heidsieck to which is added a 30% of reserve wines. It is an elegant, fresh and sensual champagne with a very fine and persistent perlage.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a straw-yellow colour with golden hues. Very fine and persistent perlage. The nose has citrus, floral and toasted notes with hints of honey, almond and pastry. In the mouth it is elegant, round, mineral and septuous.

Vinification
Vinification process in stainless steel tanks. 30% vinification in oak barrels.
Bottle re-fermentation on the lees for a minimum period of 36 months
