Description
Brezza Bianco is an autumn first, ready as early as November, just a few days after the harvest, many months ahead of other whites. Its nautical appeal and refreshing taste make it an excellent galley wine, but it is still a fresh wine that is easy to drink all year round at any latitude.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: straw yellow
Nose: delicate and young, it reveals notes of fresh fruit (peach, green apple), and in the finish an elegant floral reminder; excellent persistence supported by pleasant acidity; fragrant and very fresh in the finish with an almondy finish.
Taste: lively, delicately acidulous, medium structure with a soft, fruity finish and a long, refreshing aftertaste; slightly sweetish. The incompletely completed fermentation determines its softness
Storage time:
0-2 years
Vinification
produced exclusively from flower must obtained by soft pressing; after a short cryo-maceration, it is vinified in steel at 14° C
