Scapegrace Gin's Uncommon series. It includes a range of new craft spirits that celebrate the true diversity of New Zealand's seasonal and botanicals. Called 'Uncommon', each gin released within this new category will be limited edition, with 3,000 individually numbered bottles each, which only amplifies the exclusivity of the range.

Vinification
Single batch distillation in a 19th century copper pot still.
Botanicals: Lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, nutmeg
cardamom, nutmeg, juniper berries, cloves,
angelica root, liquorice root, iris root, cinnamon sticks
cinnamon, cassia bark plus raspberry leaves, pear and olive.
