Les Vins Pirouettes is a wine project realised by a group of Alsatian winegrowers in cooperation with a famous and important French winemaker Christian Binner. The Les Vins Pirouettes label brings together some 20 independent Alsatian winegrowers committed to organic cultivation or a biodynamic approach. Each winegrower grows grapes on his own land and makes wine in his own cellar. The label is a guarantee of quality, social ties, know-how and the preservation of nature. Pirouettes wines are artist wines, they are professionals and wine lovers who do not hesitate to think outside the box for a rare, creative and innovative result.
Description
The Riesling de David GlouGlou from Les Vins Pirouettes was produced in collaboration with Christian Binner. It is a natural white wine from Alsace that is part of the Triple A catalogue. It is a fresh, savoury wine with good acidity.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a slightly cloudy straw yellow colour. The nose presents aromas of fresh fruit, lemon and yellow peach.
The palate reveals tension, elegant freshness, savouriness and good persistence.
Storage time:
2-7 years
Vinification
Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation and ageing for 11 months on the coarse lees in stainless steel tanks.
