Description
A historic Sonoma County wine made from a traditional blend of Zinfandel from old vines. A red with great personality that combines the richness and generosity of the fruit typical of California with a balanced and precise elegance. Structured and harmonious, it is a wine of character, with excellent capacity to evolve over time.
Organoleptic characteristics:
A full-bodied Californian red, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, spices and herbs. The palate is full and enveloping, with elegant tannins, good freshness and notes of blackberry, plum and chocolate. Long and persistent finish, with excellent ageing capacity.

fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tanks, with maceration on the skins to extract colour and structure
