It has a long, fresh finish, clean, dry and with a touch of warmth. The production of this gin is done following a very old traditional method, involving no less than 4 distillations.

The palate is soft but complex, opening with juniper, followed immediately by citrus notes and a hint of spice and earthiness. The finish is long and fresh, clean, dry and with a touch of warmth.
