Description
A true Chardonnay champion from the Toscana Isole and Olena winery was first produced in 1987 following the grafting of selected French clones of Chardonnay onto the estate's white grape varieties. It is an artisanal white of great quality and longevity.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw yellow in colour, the nose reveals aromas of citrus fruit, white fruit, acacia honey and orange blossom. On the palate it is enveloping, delicate and fresh, with citrus notes and a pleasant minerality.

Vinification
It is fermented in small barrels with a balanced use of new wood, maximum 25/30 per cent of the total, and matured with a long contact with the finest lees.
