Description

Verzenay, a town known for its structured Pinot Noir Grand Cru, is where the Pehu family has been cultivating its vines for over four generations. Fce Nord Simonet, is a very faithful expression of the strong personality of the Grand Crus of the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. This vinification without malolactic fermentation allows all the fruitiness of these terroirs to be preserved, clothed in elegance and freshness.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Brilliant amber yellow. Nose characterised by grapefruit, citrus or apple aromas and sometimes also mineral, brioche or lime zest aromas. . Fresh and lively mouthfeel, creamy effeverscence. Harmonious balance between the different components of acidity. Champagne soft and easy to drink, the acidity is not aggressive on the palate.
