Description
Champagne B13 with case is a vintage Blanc de Noirs that embodies the excellence of Bollinger's vineyards on the Montagne de Reims and is a tribute to the oenological and environmental values of Champagne Bollinger. This rich and open Champagne is made from a selection of the finest Pinot Noir grapes.
Organoleptic characteristics:
The nose is rich and complex. On the opening, notes of ripe fruit, fruit jellies and almond paste are complemented by aromas of mirabella plum and vineyard peach. The palate is very fine, fruity, mineral with notes of citrus and candied lemon. A velvety persistence in the mouth with a saline note in the finish.
