Description
Produced according to the traditional method, Crémant 'Brut de Grès' is a vintage 'blanc de blanc' from old Pinot Blanc (90%) and Auxerrois (10%) vines growing on pink sandstone soils dating back to the Triassic period. Matured between 18 and 36 months on the lees.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Fine and persistent perlage. Crystal-clear straw yellow colour. Delicate floral and young fruit, golden apple, and hints of bread crust emerge on the nose. A full-bodied, lively and balanced Crémant that is remembered for its freshness and elegance.

Vinification
Soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation and ageing for 12 months in cement vats. Re-fermentation in the bottle through the addition of fresh auxerrois must. Extra-brut
