Description
This is the estate's expression of all the young vineyards with the freshest and lightest production. A wine that is a representation of how Bolgheri knows how to produce wines of great drinkability and satisfying complexity. The maturations are never excessive as are the extractions. Right from the vineyard management, the aim is to produce a wine that is representative of Bolgheri joy. Made from a blend of Sangiovese 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Syrah, 10% Teroldego.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Dark ruby colour with light garnet hues. The nose is characterised by rich and intense aromas of blackcurrant, morello cherry, blueberry, blackberry, ripe cherry, hints of undergrowth, humus, Mediterranean herbs, blond tobacco, leather and spicy nuances. Harmonious and structured, it has a ripe and velvety tannic texture, enveloping a broad and aromatically complex sip, yet capable of retaining a vital fragrance, long and fresh finish.

Vinification
Fermentation takes place in steel and cement tanks using spontaneous yeasts. Initially, two pumpovers per day are carried out, which are later thinned out depending on how the extraction proceeds.
The same applies to the maceration time, estimated on the basis of frequent tastings. After malolactic fermentation, which naturally takes place in November, the various vinifications are assembled and go into maturation
