Blackwoods Distillery was founded in 2002 near the small town of Nesting and its journey has been studded with important international awards.
After an initial period in which it dedicated itself to the production of other spirits, including whisky, Blackwoods made the successful decision to expand its production by launching an excellent line of gin on the market.

Description

Blackwoods 60° 2017 Limited Edition gin is inspired by the 60° latitude on which the rugged and enchanting Shetland Islands lie. Our master distiller has carefully crafted our award-winning gin according to a unique recipe perfected by a select group of bartenders, producing the perfect gin for making great cocktails.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Citrus and spice come to the fore on the nose, supported by a backbone of juniper freshness. On the palate, fresh citrus notes with hints of sweetness are enhanced along with bold juniper and subtle coriander spice to create an aromatic yet smooth gin. The flavours linger with floral highlights
