Description
Beaune Grèves Premier Cru Vigne de l'Enfant Jèsus is a great and very elegant French red wine from Burgundy. It is produced from Pinot Noir grapes from the Premier Cru Beaune Grèves, which is still one of the flagships of the famous Bouchard Père & Fils winery. This winery is the sole owner of about four hectares of this famous Premier Cru among the wines of Beaune.

Vinification
Fermentation takes place in small containers. The pressing is gentle. The wine then goes into vats for 12-15 days.
