Description
Barolo DOCG San Giovanni is an intense, robust, complex and enveloping wine. It is produced by the Gianfranco Alessandria winery in the countryside of Monforte d'Alba, one of the most renowned areas for the production of Barolo wines.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has an intense ruby colour tending towards garnet. Persuasive bouquet, complex with fruity and spicy notes. In the mouth, harmonious, structured with soft tannins.
Very persistent finish.

In steel vats. Temperature-controlled maceration in contact with the skins.
