The Piedmontese Cuvage winery was founded in 2011 in Acqui Terme, in the province of Alessandria, a world-famous territory for Italian sparkling wine. Cuvée and Perlage are the two key terms in the production of sparkling wine, and from their liaison Cuvage was born. Proud of its Piedmontese origins, Cuvage focuses on native grape varieties such as Nebbiolo and Cortese, combined with classic international varieties. Cuvage was created to emphasise a unique terroir, and to enhance the terroir of quality Italian sparkling wines.
