"Ca' del Bosco", one of the most prestigious wine houses in the Franciacorta area, a symbol of Made in Italy excellence in the world. Its story began in the mid-1960s, when Annamaria Clementi bought "Ca' del Bosco", a small house in the hills of Erbusco, two hectares of property immersed in a dense forest of oak and chestnut trees. It has always been the source of inspiration for her son Maurizio who, thanks to his passion, transformed this small house into a wine excellence, a leader in the production of Franciacorta.
Description
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a deep straw yellow colour and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it presents itself with notes of apple, bread and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is complex, elegant and full-bodied.
Storage time:
5-7 years
Vinification
After crushing in the absence of oxygen, all musts of the base wines ferment in small oak barrels. In order to seek maximum aromatic complexity and expressive power, without losing elegance, the barrel elevage lasts only 5 months. A pair of flying tanks allows the wines to be transferred by gravity from the small barrels to the ageing tanks.
