For three generations, tenacious supporters of our territory, its riches and what it has represented, represents and above all what it will represent in the future for the world of wine.
We started from tradition, from Gaglioppo, Greco and the great number of indigenous varieties present in our region. We started from the sapling and the rootstocks historically used in the area, as well as from the teachings of our expert winegrowers with their skills rooted in the centuries of viticultural history of the Cirotano area.
We then turned to the top experts in the viticulture and oenology sector, because we knew that meticulous research work would enable us to fix, preserve and enhance our viticultural heritage. Indeed, this has always been our goal and our request to the scientific community. Far from wishing to invent or modify anything, through science we simply wanted to understand better and more definitively what greatness we had at our disposal.
We know today that our initial intuition was right and we also know that some of the most beautiful pages of Calabrian oenology have yet to be written.
